Cancellation Policy

This policy sets out the cancellation rules for orders, registrations, and operational requests processed through Lakhsman Wellness Private Limited. Cancellation rights depend on the transaction type, fulfilment stage, and compliance status.

Customer or Member Cancellation

• Cancellation requests should be raised as early as possible and before dispatch, approval, fulfilment, or ledger-linked processing, as applicable.
• Once an order has moved to dispatch, delivery, or irreversible processing, cancellation may no longer be available and may instead be handled under return or refund rules.
• The company may require order and identity verification before accepting a cancellation request.

Company-Initiated Cancellation

• The company may cancel any order, registration, or request where fraud, duplicate submission, stock unavailability, payment mismatch, compliance failure, or policy breach is detected.
• The company may also cancel or hold transactions where account ownership, KYC, address, or banking details are suspicious or incomplete.
• Where cancellation is company-initiated, the related transaction will be handled according to the applicable refund or settlement rules.

Impact of Cancellation

• Business volume, wallet credits, incentive entries, sponsor benefits, franchise credits, or commissions connected to the cancelled transaction may be reversed.
• Shipping or processing charges may be deducted where the cancellation is requested after avoidable operational costs have already been incurred.
• Repeated misuse of cancellation requests may lead to account review or service restrictions.

All cancellation decisions are recorded against the transaction workflow and may be reviewed for fraud or audit purposes.
