- The company aims to acknowledge valid grievances within a reasonable time and resolve them after necessary verification.
- Where a matter involves fraud review, legal process, or third-party dependency, resolution time may be extended.
Escalation and Conduct
- Threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading complaints may be rejected and escalated internally if misuse is suspected.
- Users should maintain a cooperative approach and avoid duplicate complaint creation for the same matter unless new evidence is available.
- The company may close complaints that are resolved, unsupported, outside policy, or subject to legal or regulatory referral.
Please preserve invoices, payment references, screenshots, and communication records to support your grievance where relevant.
