• The company aims to acknowledge valid grievances within a reasonable time and resolve them after necessary verification.
• Where a matter involves fraud review, legal process, or third-party dependency, resolution time may be extended.

Escalation and Conduct

• Threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading complaints may be rejected and escalated internally if misuse is suspected.
• Users should maintain a cooperative approach and avoid duplicate complaint creation for the same matter unless new evidence is available.
• The company may close complaints that are resolved, unsupported, outside policy, or subject to legal or regulatory referral.
